These Terms and Conditions explain how our business funding programs work. By applying for funding or entering into a partnership with Bridge Foundation International, you agree to these terms.
1. About Bridge Foundation International
Bridge Foundation International is an international organisation that supports businesses by providing financial assistance through:
- Business Loans
- Joint Venture Partnerships
Our goal is to help businesses grow, create jobs, and contribute to economic development.
2. Business Loan Program
Businesses applying for a loan must meet the following requirements:
Eligibility
To qualify for a loan:
- Your business must have been actively operating for at least three (3) years.
- Your business must have a proven record of generating income.
- You must provide accurate financial records and supporting documents when requested.
Loan Amount
Bridge Foundation International offers loans from:
- Minimum: USD 100,000
- Maximum: USD 500,000,000
The amount approved depends on the financial strength of your business.
A business may borrow up to ten (10) times its current annual net income, subject to our review and approval.
Loan Period
Loan repayment terms range from:
- Minimum: 5 years
- Maximum: 10 years
Interest Rate
All approved loans carry a fixed interest rate of 5% per year, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Loan Approval
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval.
Bridge Foundation International reserves the right to approve or reject any application after reviewing the business, financial records, and other relevant information.
3. Joint Venture Partnership Program
Businesses that are not yet generating revenue may qualify for a Joint Venture Partnership.
This option is designed for:
- New startups
- New business projects
- Businesses still under development
- Expansion projects that have not yet started generating income
Capital Contribution
Under this partnership:
- Bridge Foundation International contributes 70% of the required project capital.
- The business owner(s) must contribute the remaining 30%.
The project cannot proceed until both parties have confirmed their financial contributions.
4. Physical Meeting Requirement
A face-to-face meeting between representatives of Bridge Foundation International and the business owners is mandatory before any loan or partnership agreement is finalised.
No funding or partnership will be approved without this meeting.
5. Partnership Agreements
During the physical meeting, both parties will negotiate and agree on matters including:
- Profit-sharing arrangements (for Joint Ventures)
- Management responsibilities
- Investment terms
- Repayment schedules (for loans)
- Reporting requirements
- Exit strategies
- Any other relevant business terms
These agreements will be documented and signed before any funds are released.
6. Due Diligence
Bridge Foundation International reserves the right to investigate and verify:
- Business registration
- Financial statements
- Ownership structure
- Tax compliance
- Legal status
- Assets
- Existing debts
- Business operations
Applicants must provide truthful and complete information at all times.
Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate rejection or termination of any agreement.
7. Use of Funds
Funds provided by Bridge Foundation International must only be used for the approved business purpose.
Using funds for personal expenses or unauthorized activities may result in cancellation of the agreement and legal action where applicable.
8. Confidentiality
Both Bridge Foundation International and the business owner agree to keep confidential information private unless disclosure is required by law or agreed upon in writing.
9. Compliance with Laws
Businesses receiving funding must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their country, including business registration, taxation, labour laws, environmental regulations, and licensing requirements.
10. Limitation of Liability
Bridge Foundation International is not responsible for business losses resulting from poor management, market conditions, natural disasters, economic downturns, political instability, or events beyond its reasonable control.
Business owners remain responsible for the day-to-day management and operation of their businesses.
11. Changes to These Terms
Bridge Foundation International may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updated versions will replace previous versions and become effective upon publication or notification.
12. Governing Agreements
Each loan or Joint Venture Partnership will have its own legally binding agreement containing specific terms that may supplement these general Terms and Conditions. Where there is any conflict, the signed agreement will take precedence.
